ld mixer v1.03 / 28.11.2006

You'll need at least OVerloader 1.5.0 (overloader extbuzz.dll),
Polac VST adapter (gear\machines.dll) and auxbus.dll to use the mixer.
There are too many features to list now, maybe some kind soul will write
a tutorial for this one.

Some tips:
 - you can add channels to the mixer by adding tracks to it in the
   pattern editor
 - right clicking on channels will open a window with extra parameters
 - ctrl-left click will reset knobs to default values
 - ctrl-right click opens a window for binding knobs (and mute buttons)
to midi controls. The machine also outputs midi messages to the first
selected midi output device (check out View->Preferences->Midi Output)
and should support motorized midi faders and rotary encoders.
 - the mixer was designed to support recording audio tracks in sync with
the song. The wave files are saved as 32 bit float WAV and at least
CoolEdit 2.0 can open them properly.
 - channel output delay can be negative, this effectively delays the other
channels instead. The delay is measured in samples.
 - playback latency adjust affects only WAV playback
 - punch-in works with mute buttons, and also midi input is controlled.
 - midi bindings and channel settings can be saved and loaded from the
   extra parameters window
 - right-click the machine in machine view to assign auxbus outputs
